Woke up to an unexpected surprise from the bf.

Such a sweetie!

I wasn't expecting anything from him because we already talked about not celebrating Valentine's because final exams were more important. But more importantly, he had a paper on the 14th and I had mine on the next day.



We also didn't have any gift exchange for each other on that day because we already bought each other gifts before Valentine's Day.

He got me a black Charles and Keith handbag.

And I got him a Certina watch which he was eying for quite some time.
 


I told the bf that I just want to eat cakes and nothing fancy that day and he brought me to Nadeje@Makota Parade for dinner.


 We ordered the smoked salmon salad.
 Not good at all. Bread was soggy and the salad was too sour. I think they added too much vinegar.


His main - Teriyaki Grilled Chicken 
 Also not good at all. Chicken was too dry and nothing special about the sauce, just plain soy sauce. Not only that, the fries had sucked up most of the sauce and had become very salty.


My main - Tom Yum Spaghetti
Not bad but I'm not used to the taste of spaghetti with tom yum.

Finally the cakes!
I had the banana chocolate and the bf had the mango yogurt mille crepe cakes.


After dinner I went to the bookstore and bought a few books that I've been wanting to read and we went back home after that.
