I'm back again! I had not updated my blog for around a month and I kinda feel a bit guilty about it because I had been enjoying too much of my one month semester break. I'm now back in school starting a new semester for the second week. This sem is gonna be a short semester so basically I'll be back home in around two months enjoying another semester break. Yay!

Very happy that I'm finally finishing about my Thailand road trip because I've been putting on too long to finish it and I know you guys must be getting kinda bored of reading it too. 

We actually didn't do much on the last day. We just packed our bags, had breakfast and went back to Malaysia. 

That's all. 

Saw this super cute and adorable sign opposite our hotel and decided to have breakfast there. 

Plus the price is so reasonable.

 Dad got mom a bunch of roses made from pandan leaves while we were about to start our journey back to Malaysia.

I've always thought that the floating market is like a bunch people selling stuff on boats rested at riverbanks or along walkways and we just buy the stuff as we walk through. 

But this one was different. We were the ones on the boats. 

There are still  other boats selling stuffs but most of the stalls are huts by the riverbank.  The boats will just take you down the river and back and will slow down when the huts or other boats appear. The only downside is that the stuff they sell there are EXPENSIVE. We didn't buy anything there except a few bowls of noodles for breakfast.

Mom's birthday was a few days earlier but we didn't really celebrate it due to the fact that we were always on the road. So dad bought mom doughnut cakes at to surprise her during lunch. 

After that we headed directly to Hatyai. By the time we got there, it was already late so we found a hotel, had dinner and went back to sleep.

The Thais really know how to cook their pork. *two thumbs up*

What is Thailand without their famous tomyum? A must-order. This one was super spicy.
