Another semester just ended. Woohoo!
Time to eat, sleep, and repeat.


I went down to KL last night after my finals to meet my bf. He took me to a place called Patty & Pie which
was recommended by his friend.


We saw that they had wood fired pizza so we ordered half Salmone and half Frutti di Mare and we also ordered another Tower burger.

I liked how they allow people to change the patty of the burger and the way it is cookwd according to your own preferences.

The seafood side seafood was fresh but the taste was just ok. 
But for the salmon side, it was so good!

Unfortunately, we couldn't finish the pizza because we didn't know it was a 12" pizza so the bf had to call in reinforcements to help finish it. lol 

If I were to come back again, I'll definitely order the Salmone pizza again.

I know I should be studying right now because I have a final paper in less than 24 hours but I just need a little break. 2 papers in less than 24 hours. :(


So this is gonna be a really really really short entry.



My bf recently just graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, 2nd upper class.
So proud and happy for you.


It was raining and very windy that day so pardon the messy hair.

I got him fresh sunflowers because I love sunflowers. * hints hints* lol

Actually I already did this on my Instagram but I wanted to write it again on my blog (which is basically the same thing) because it has been a while since I blogged.

1. 22 this year

2. Loves both sushi and Thai food (finally found a restaurant that caters to both in KL) 

3. Absent-minded 

4. Secretly scared of spiders 
    I said secretly because I never told anyone that I am scared of spiders and I act like I'm not afraid when I see one.
 
5. Plays the piano 
    I've been playing since 5 but that doesn't mean I'm good at it :/

 6. Had braces 8 or 7 years ago 
    Actually I feel like doing it again because my teeth are not really straight anymore.

7.Loves spending time with family (family always comes first)  

8. Not a fan of bright-coloured clothes 
    Most of my wardrobe consists of black and grey. I have a few coloured clothes but not much and also not very bright.

9. My makeup routine recently only consists of three things ; bb cream, tint and eyebrow pencil

10. Can gain and lose weight easily 
      My weight fluctuates. I LOVE food and I eat a lot so I gain weight when I eat but when I eat less, I lose weight quite easily.

      The last time I got an injection, I almost cried in the doctor's office

Kuching

Coffee Hunting /// Cuppella

There has been numerous coffee shops opening around Kuching recently so Michelle suggested that she wanted to visit the more famous ones before returning back to Melaka.

I went to pick QiQi then Michelle then we headed to Cupella.

I've actually never heard of Cupella before, Michelle said that it was opened by a relative of her friend and that it had really good reviews about it.

The coffee shop is quite small and easily missed because it's tucked in between shophouses. We only found it because it had a small signboard on the road outside of the shop.

Although small, evidently a lot of thought had been put into the design of the coffee shop.

I usually don't take a lot of sweet stuff so I really liked how the coffee was not overly sweet,
but Michelle thought that her latte didn't have enough sugar and was a bit bitter. 

We talked about the other coffee shops that we hadn't tried and that we would visit them before heading back to Melaka. 
After that, like what most girls do, we took a lot of selfies before heading home.

The bf and I went to Eggxtra Monday night because we didn't know where to go and what to have for dinner and since we had not been to this place so why not give it a try. We first knew about this place through instagram. The first impression I had of this place was that it was so cute, bright and cozy.

You can know from the name of the place that their main meals are breakfast but the bf and I were there for dinner instead.

Told you it was cute. 
Just look how much attention they pay to the design of the place.








We had the Eggxtra salad and apple tea for the bf and "Mulan" for me.
The apple tea was just normal iced tea with apple flavouring but the Mulan was sooooooooo good. The drink was a mixture of dragon fruit, apple and orange.

The salad was actually surprisingly good or maybe we were just too hungry because it was our first meal of the day. Anything tastes good when you're hungry. 
We both woke up late, went to our classes then to the hospital to visit the bf's cousin and it was already dinner time.

My fettuccine carbonara
Nothing special about it; the carbonara was undercooked and the sauce was too creamy for my liking.

The bf's aglio-olio with chicken ham. 
I should have ordered this. It tasted way better than mine. :/

The bf and I stayed at the place for more than an hour because it was that comfortable and cozy.

Ladies Night

The girls organized a final night of clubbing together with the guys and girls at Mixx last two weeks since it has been awhile since we went clubbing together and they will be graduating soon so who knows when we'll see each other again. I think the last time I went was in more than a year ago. 

The rest of them arrived earlier and the bf, Eric and I went later. It felt kinda awkward when I got there because it felt more like a gentlemen's night than ladies night cos there were more guys than ladies in the club. Almost everyone was just standing there like waiting for something to happen and the dance floor was empty. But not long after a few drinks, the dance floor started filling up.
