Kinda addicted to them actually.

The best part is that it's only 45 calories per finger!

Which I have no idea how much fat is there...

All I know for a fact that we burn 55 calories when we sleep for an hour.

So.....

When you have 1 KitKat, just sleep for an hour to burn off the the 45 calories and some extra 10 calories! LOL!
